摘要
目的观察小剂量阿司匹林对脑血管病患者血清脂蛋白(a)[Lp(a)]的作用。方法观察71例血清Lp(a)浓度升高的脑血管病患者和71例正常血清Lp(a)浓度的对照者连续服用小剂量阿司匹林(100mg/d)2个月及6个月后的血清Lp(a)浓度。结果高血清Lp(a)组和正常Lp(a)组脑血管病患者服用阿司匹林前Lp(a)浓度分别为(511.1±51.7)mg/L和(125.9±15.1)mg/L,服药后高血清Lp(a)组患者2个月以及6个月的血清Lp(a)分别为(475.2±23.5)mg/L和(437.4±21.8)mg/L,平均浓度大约下降了7%,(P<0.05)。正常血清Lp(a)组患者的血清Lp(a)浓度变化不明显,分别为(301.9±41.8)mg/L和(289.9±39.83)mg/L。结论小剂量阿司匹林(100mg/d)能有效地降低高血清Lp(a)浓度脑血管病患者的血清Lp(a)水平,而对正常血清Lp(a)的脑血管病患者无明显影响。
Objective To investigate the effect of low dose aspirin on the serum Lp (a) levels of cerebral vascular diseases. Methods We evaluated the effect of low dose aspirin on 71 normal serum Lp(a) and 71 high serum Lp(a) cases with cerebral vascular diseases for six months, and the serum Lp(a) levels were detected in the 2nd and 6th month. Results Before aspirin treatment the serum Lp(a) levels were (511±51.7)mg/L and (125.9±15.1)mg/L respectively in cerebral vascular diseases with high and normal Lp (a) levels. Aspirin lowered serum Lp (a) levels to about 93% of the baseline values in the patients of cerebral vascular diseases with high serum Lp(a) levels (P〈0.05), and the serum Lp(a) levels in 2nd and 6th month were (475.2±23.5)mg/L and (437.4±21.8)mg/L respectively. Low dose aspirin could not lower the serum Lp(a) levels of cerebral vascular diseases with normal serum Lp (a) levels. Conclusions Low dose aspirin (100mg/d) can decrease serum Lp (a) levels in cerebral vascular diseases with high serum Lp (a) levels, but not in cerebral vascular diseases with normal serum Lp(a) levels.
