摘要
在正规金融高度发达的人类现代经济社会,非正规金融也呈现出蓬勃发展的强劲势头。特别是在中国的农村经济当中,非正规金融起着越来越重要的作用。文章深入分析了我国非正规金融活跃发展的现实原因和本质因素,从而提出促进我国农村金融发展,优化农村信贷资源配置的建议。
In modern society which the formal financial is highly developed, the non-formal financial showing a strong momentum of vigorous development. Today＇s China＇s rural, non formal financial is playing an increasingly important role. This article analysis realistic reason and essential factor of our country non-regular finance in China＇s rural areas, thus promote the proposals of development of China＇s rural financialang and optmize the allocation of rural credit resources.
