摘要
新农村建设中面临的核心问题是如何发动农民。通过外部资源的激发和带动,促成村庄内部经济、社会、文化组织的建立,探索全面进行乡村建设的内源性机制,是新农村建设的必然路径选择。乡村能人凭借对乡村社会的深刻认识和对外界社会的了解,高效整合政治、经济、文化资源,重构新农村建设的内生力量,实现农村经济社会的可持续发展。
The core in the new rural construction is how to mobilize peasants. It is the inevitable way to construct rural economical, social and cultural organizations, and explore endogenetic mechanisms in the new rural construction. By profound understanding to rural society and to external society, the rural able-person intergrate economical, social and cultural resources, reconstruct endogenetic power in the new rural construction, and attain sustainable economic growth in the countryside.
