有限元分析在抬包回转结构体设计中的应用

Application of Finite Element Analysis in Designing the Rotary Part in Ladle

摘要 采用有限元分析软件ANSYS对抬包清洗机床的主要受力部件(回转结构体)进行了应力分析。根据其应力分布验证了设计方案的可行性,并为此设计方案的进一步改进和优化提供了依据。 It analysised stress of the Special Purpose Milling Machine Clearing up Liquid Aluminum Lift Pot main components(rotary part) by ansys soft ware. According to the stress distribution, it cereificated the design program and provided the basis for the program improvement.
