摘要
介绍了７１１所自行设计、编程、调试的集散系统（ＤＣＳ）。该系统的功能是打浆流程，造纸及蒸汽冷凝水的全自动控制，连接ＡＢＢ的直流驱动系统及ＨＯＮＥＹＷＥＬＬ的ＢＭ计并采集数据。系统运行１０个月，稳定可靠，技术先进，维护简单，投资少。
A didtributed controlled system(DCS) which was designed,programmed and adjusted by our institute was installed in Shanghai Scott Paper Mill.The main functions of the system are pulping and pulp transport,paper machine automation control,steam and condenser automation control.Another functions of the system are to connect with ABB DC drivers and with Honeywell's BM meter,at the same time to collect data information of the operation.The system is stable and reliable and has been running very well in past year.Technology of the system is advanced,SIEMENS PLC and SIEMENS industrial network have been used.Maintenance is simple and convenient.Many analog instruments are no longer necessary because it is real distributed controlled system(DCS).The System cost is low and reasonable,it is about 60% of the price of foreign standard DCS.
