摘要
目的探讨氨酚烷胺那敏胶囊中对乙酰氨基酚的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法,色谱柱为C18柱,流动相为甲醇-水(65∶35),流速为1mL/min,检测波长为249nm。结果对乙酰氨基酚质量浓度在4.009～20.044μg/mL范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,r=0.9999(n=5),平均回收率为99.9%,RSD=0.3%(n=9)。结论HPLC法操作简便、准确、快捷,可用于该产品的质量控制。
Objective To establish HPLC method for the content determination of paracetamol in Paracetamol, Amantadine Hydrochloride and Chlorphenamine Maleate Capsule. Methods The analysis was performed on symmetry shield column of C18. The mixture of methanol-water （65：35, V/V）was served as the mobile phase,the flow-rate was 1mL/min, the detecting wavelength was at 249 nm. Results The linear range of paracetamol was 4. 009 - 20. 044 μg/rnL, r =0. 999 9, the recovery rate was 99.9% , RSD = 0. 3% （n = 9） . Conclusion HPLC method is convenient, rapid, accurate, and suitable for the quality control of the capsule.
