摘要
去屑剂CMS以苦参、黄芩、积雪草、黄连、仙鹤草和蒲公英等天然中草药提取物为原料,以对马拉色菌的杀菌活性为依据,考察其对头屑的抑制作用,并与去屑剂ZPT、OCT做对照。结果显示,去屑剂CMS对马拉色菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)为10μg/mL,且无毒、无刺激。在洗发水中添加千分之五的CMS,去屑效果明显。
The anti-dandruff agent CMS is made of the extracts of natural plants from radix sophorae flavescentis, radix scutellariae, herba centellae, rhizome coptidis, herba agrimoniae and herba taraxaci etc. According to microorganism＇s bacteriostasis effect, inspect the inhibitory action to the dandruff, contrast to ZPT and OCT. The results indicated that the minimal inhibitory concentration（MIC） of CMS to malassezia furfur is 10 μ g/mL. the CMS is atoxic and no side effects. Recommended dosage of 0.5% in shampoo, significantly effect.
