十二指肠间质瘤8例临床分析

摘要 胃肠道间质瘤（gastrointestinal stromal tumour，GIST）已被公认为一种明确的病种。随着分子研究的突破、概念的更新、以及分子靶向治疗药物如伊马替尼的进展，单纯手术治疗的模式已成为历史。GIST可发生于消化道各个部位，但原发于十二指肠的GIST很少。关于十二指肠间质瘤诊治，目前国内外尚无系列的研究报道。现将本院1999年4月至2007年4月收治的8例十二指肠间质瘤的临床资料，进行回顾性分析如下。
