颈前路螺丝钉内固定治疗齿状突骨折

摘要 齿状突骨折是一种常见的颈椎损伤。按照Anderson-D’Alonzo分类，齿状突尖端骨折较少见且稳定性较好，多采用简单的局部制动，而枢椎体部骨折使用坚强外固定如Halo支具等一般均能达到骨折愈合。至于Anderson-D’AlonzoⅡ型骨折即齿状突与枢椎椎体连接处的骨折。其晚期骨不连的发生率最高，使用外固定和牵引等保守治疗往往达不到理想效果。本院自2004年10月至2007年8月，对12例Ⅱ型齿状突骨折的患者进行了颈前路直接螺丝钉内固定治疗。均取得良好效果。现报告如下。
