摘要
目的建立HPLC法测定天麻眩晕宁合剂中天麻素的含量，以便有效控制其内在质量。方法采用高效液相色谱法VP-ODS柱（150mm×4．6mm，5μm）；流动相：乙腈-0．05％磷酸溶液（5：95），检测波长220nm；流速1．0ml·min^-1，柱温为室温。结果天麻素在3．42—170mg·L^-1（r=0．9998，n=6）范围内线性关系良好，平均回收率为98．85％，RSD=0．80％。结论该法简便，灵敏，重复性好，准确可靠，可用于天麻眩晕宁合剂中天麻素的含量测定。
Aim To establish a method for the determination of gastrodin in tianma xuanyunning heji. Methods HPLC method was used. The samples were separated by VP-ODS column（ 150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）. The mobile phase is actonitrile-0.05% phosphoric acid solution（5：95） with the detection wavelength at 220 nm. Flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1, and the column temperature was indoor temperature. Results The linear range of gastrodin was 3.42 - 170 mg·L^-1 （ r = 0. 9998, n = 6 ）. The average recovery was 99.85 %, with RSD of 0.80%. Conclusion This method is simple, sensitive, accurate and can be used to determine the contents of gastrodin in tianma xuanyunning heji.
