摘要
通过HPLC分析方法及综合能耗计算,从糖液组分、DE值、出品率、能耗等角度,对照分析玉米粉经挤压预处理与淀粉喷射液化两种不同工艺所获得的葡萄糖液。结果表明:前者DE值、出品率指标分别高于后者近4%、2%,且前者滤速等其他指标均优于后者;对于年加工3 000 t玉米粉的淀粉糖厂,采用挤压预处理工艺可节约电能约2.0×106kW.h,企业可增获利润约1 228 702元。
With the method of HPLC and the integration analyses of energy consumption, the components, DE value, production rate and energy consumption of glucose liquid producted by extrusion pretreatment and spray liquefaction are compared. The results show that the DE value and production rate of the former are higher than those of the latter by about 4% and 2%, respectively. Other indexes of the former, such as the filtration speed of glucose liquid are also excellent. For a factory of starch sugar processing 3 000 t corn flour on productivity one year, the way of extrusion pretreatment can economize 2.0×106 kW · h of electric energy and increase 1 228 702 yuan (RMB) of profit.
