摘要
以茶树品种东湖早为材料,研究了喷施溴氰菊酯对茶树叶片生理性状的影响.结果表明:茶树喷施溴氰菊酯对叶片SOD,CAT酶活性有抑制作用,对POX有激活作用,叶片内叶绿素和可溶性蛋白质含量减少.药液浓度及喷药后时间长短均影响上述各生理指标变化幅度,成熟叶的变化速率低于嫩叶,喷药后144h仍可检测出药效.
The influences of Decamethrin on some physiological characteristics of tea leaves were investigated.The results indicated that SOD and CAT activities were inhibited,POX activity was promoted in tea leaves after spraying Decamethrin,chlorophyll and soluble protein contents in tea leaves treated with Decamethrin decreased.The degree and rate of changes of those physilogical characteristics varied with concentration of the drug and spraying time,young and old leaves showed the same tendency although young leaves were more sensible to it.The effects were still detectable in 144 h after drug spraying.
