摘要
用酶联免疫（ＥＬＩＳＡ）等方法分析了汕优６３头季稻抽穗至收获期植株各节位和再生芽内源激素ＡＢＡ含量，头季稻后期ＰＯＤ（Ｐｅｒｏｘｉｄａｓｅ）活力以及施Ｎ对再生芽萌发生长的影响。结果表明，头季稻抽穗至抽穗２０天，株体内ＡＢＡ含量逐渐升高，ＰＯＤ活力和茎杆干重逐渐下降，穗部迅速增重；抽穗２０天后，头季稻及芽中ＡＢＡ含量骤降，ＰＯＤ活力和茎杆干重略有回升，穗部增重减缓，再生芽开始萌发，死芽主要发生有萌发后的生长过程中。后期施Ｎ改变了稻体内源激素ＡＢＡ含量及ＰＯＤ活力，可溶性蛋白质含量升高，促进了再生芽生长并提高其成苗率。
ELISA (enzyme linked immunosorbant assay) was adopted to determine the endogenous ABA contents in the vegetative parts, ratooning buds and spikes of hybrid rice 'Shanyou 63' from heading to harvest of the main crop, and the effects of ABA content, POD activity and application of N at the late growth stage of the main crop on the germination of the ratooning buds were investigated. It was noticed that from 0 to 20 days after heading (DAH) of the main crop ABA in the plants rose steadily while POD activity and straw dry weight dropped gradually, and a sharp increase was observed of the spike weight. Starting from 20 DAH, ABA content in the main crop and the ratooning buds drastically decreased, POD activity and straw dry weight showed a slight increase, the increase in spike dry weight slowed down and the ratooning buds began to germinate. The death of the ratooning buds occurred mainly during their growth after germination. N application at 25 DAH of the main crop changed ABA content and POD activity, raised the content of soluble protein in the plants, thus improving the germination and growth of the ratooning buds and promoting their survival.
