摘要
自我决策被认为是智障学生掌控未来生活的保证,关系到学生能否在毕业后更好地适应社会工作和生活。本文主要介绍了国外有关残疾学生自我决策研究现状,结合我国实际,从制订、实施和评量等个别化教育计划全过程中,列举了培养学生自我决策技能的教学策略。
Self- determination is regarded as the guarantee for students with mental retardation to control their future life, which has influence on their adaptability to social life and work after graduation. This article reviews some major findings on this topic recently and lists some teaching strategies to cultivate students' self- determination combined with conditions in China in the process of framing, implementing and evaluating in individualized education programs.
