摘要
目的介绍带管扩张尿道探子的制作方法及临床应用效果。方法各种型号的空心尿道探子两端打孔，孔周径约8—10mm，使其与探子腔相通；使用该探子对23例复杂尿道损伤术后尿道内留置了钓鱼线的尿道狭窄患者，沿钓鱼线置入输尿管导管，在输尿管道关的引导下进行尿道扩张。结果23例均获成功，无尿道损伤，带管扩张4次后，拔除输尿管导管，以后用普通扩张器扩张。结论带管扩张尿道探子制作简单，使用方便，操作易于掌握，尿道扩张成功率高，损失小。
Objective To introduce making dilated urethral sound with urethral catheter, observing clinical effectiveness. Methods We Perforated at the various kinds amphi - urethral sound and made the poles communicate with the urethral sound, the perimeter of them was about 8 -10 mm. 23 patients with urethral injury were treated with indwelling medical nylon thread to prevent traumatic urethral stricture, along the medical nylon thread inserted ureteral catheter and conducted by it to dilate urethra with urethral sound our self - made. Results All the 23 cases was successful, no urethral injuryed, after 4 times dilated by with ure- thral sound with ureteral catheter, we pulled out the ureteral catheter, then dilated with common dilator. Conclusion Urethral sound with ureteral catheter has the advantages of easy making, convenience, easy to master operation, high achievement ratio ,less injury.
