摘要
目的探讨早孕妇女流产出血的原因、诊断和处理。方法选择2001年10月至2006年10月因流产出血收入本站早孕妇女97例。结果流产出血的原因中不全流产是最主要原因,其次是生殖道畸形和异位妊娠。结论根据不同的流产原因,应采取更有效的止血方法,以减轻患者的痛苦,降低死亡率,减少并发症。
Objective To research into the reasons, diagnoses and cures of haemorrhage caused by miscarriage during the early pregnancy. Methods To choose 97 cases of women with early pregnant diagnosed in our centre due to haemorrhage caused by miscarriage from the dates on record during October in 2001 to October in 2006. Results Among the reasons of haemorrhage caused by miscarriage, not entire mismarriage is the most main reason,the deformed birgh canal and extrauterine pregnancy are the next. Conclusion According to the different reasons of mismarriage,the most effective measure of preventing flow of blood should be taken in one situation to reduce the pain of patients, death rate and complications.
