摘要
目的探讨颞骨结构所致的外伤后误诊为骨折的HRCT识别结果。方法取38例患者使用SOMATOM spirit CT扫描仪进行颞骨检查,32例同时行横断位及冠状位扫描,6例仅行横断位检查。结果38例(53耳)患耳内,颞骨未见骨折征象30耳,鼓室腔、乳突积血9耳,乳突软组织影3耳;耳部软组织肿胀、积气2耳,颅内积气2耳;颞骨鳞部骨折3耳,乳突部骨折2耳,鳞部、岩部骨折1耳,鼓部、乳突部骨折1耳。单管15耳,耳蜗水管11耳,乳突管9耳,鼓室小管8耳,岩乳管误认为颞骨骨折7耳,枕乳缝3耳。结论熟悉并正确地认识颞骨相邻或自身的各种骨缝、颞骨的各种骨性管道,可以减少颞骨骨折的误诊。
Objective On the structure of the temporal bone misdiagnosed as post-traumatic fracture identification HRCT findings. Methods 38 cases admitted SOMATOM spirit patients with the use of CT scanners to check the temporal bone, while 32 cases of transverse and coronal line scanning, only 6 cases of transverse line inspection. Results 38 cases(53 ears)in the affected ear,the temporal bone fractures no signs of 30 ears, middle ear cavity, mastoid hematocele 9 ears, soft tissue video mastoid 3 ears ; ear soft tissue swelling, gas 2 ears,2 ears intracranial gas;scales temporal bone fracture three ears, mastoid fracture 2 ears,the department of scales,a rock fracture ears, the department of drums, a mastoid fracture ears. Single tube 15 ears, cochlear ear pipes 11 ,mastoid ear of 9,8 ears of the small attic, rock duct misconception that the temporal bone fractures 7 ears,pillow milk looping 3 ears. Conclusion Familiar with and correct understanding of the temporal bone or its adjacent bone joints,temporal bone and bone pipeline,we can reduce misdiagnosis of the temporal bone fracture.
