摘要
阐述了近几年我国外汇储备持续增长的原因及影响，目的在于从中透视出如何利用好外汇储备的思考。
This article illstrates the reason and effect of our increasing foreign exchange reserves in thenineteenth century. The purpose is to get some ideas for making good use of them.
