摘要
在大学中开展生涯辅导,是促进当代大学生可持续发展、促进大学生充分顺利就业和加强大学生思想政治教育的需要,我们应从实现就业指导到生涯辅导的转变、完善生涯辅导的课程体系、加强生涯辅导师资队伍建设等方面来推进大学生生涯辅导工作。
The career guide is greatly necessary for the eontitious development of modern college students, it benefit in employment, and can improve the ideological education effect in colleges. We should manage to transmit the employment guide into the career guide, perfect the course system of career guide, and enhance knowledge and skill of the educators, and then promote the career guide work.
