摘要
在生产力相对发达的现代社会,民生问题已经不只是一个简单的物质需求问题,现代民生问题的核心是社会公平正义问题。宪法正义是最大的社会正义,要从根本上解决民生问题,必须在不断发展生产力、扩大社会财富的同时,积极进行宪政改良,改善社会的基本结构,保证社会的基本公平与正义。
In productive forces relatively developed modern society, the question of the was already not the simple material needs question, it also contains the very complex elements of social psychology and the social culture and has close relation between the question of democracy and civil right. The social justice is the core of the question of the modern people＇s livelihood ,however, the constitutional justice is the biggest social justice. If we want to solve the livelihood of the problem of people＇s livelihood fundamentally, we must carry on the improvemen of constitutional government positively, improve social basic structure, and guarantee society is basically fair and just, while we develop the productive forces and expand public wealth unceasingly.
