摘要
利用扫描电镜、物理化学相分析和X射线衍射方法,测定了不同退火软化工艺下H13钢中基体的合金元素含量和碳化物类型、尺寸、分布、相对量以及退火硬度。明确了H13钢退火后硬度的高低与碳化物粒子的大小、相对量及碳化物的类型的依赖关系。
By means of SEM, physical chemical phase analysis and X ray diffraction, the content of alloying elements in matrix, the particle size, type, distribution, relative amount of carbide in steel H13 were investigated for samples treated with different annealing softening technology. The results show that the hardness of H13 steel after annealing depends on size, relative amount and type of carbide.
