摘要
分析了异形件的拉伸工艺,利用UG和Dynaform软件确定零件的毛坯形状及尺寸,并介绍了异形件落料-拉伸复合模和切边模的结构设计以及工作过程。
In this paper, the drawing technology of the abnormity drawing part was analyzed, determined the dimensions and shape of the blank by using software of UG and Dynaform,the design and the process of the blanking-drawing compound die and trimming die were introduced.
