摘要
阐述了区域内外部环境分析的主要方法SWOT和内容,提出了区域循环经济发展的一般战略和措施,实例分析了陕北能源化工基地发展循环经济的优、劣势、机会和威胁,在此基础上提出了发展战略和相应措施。
This paper expounds the main means SWOT and contents of regional environment analysis, proposes regional circular economy development ordinary strategies and measures, analyzes the development of circular economy in northern energy resources chemical industry by examples and presents development strategies and measures.
