摘要
采用磷酸作为基体改进剂.石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定了尿镉．其检测限为00.7μg／L,标准曲等线性范围0.0～5.0μg／L．回收率99．91％、．方法准确、简便、快速、污染少。
A method for direct determination of cadmium in urine with phosphatic aced as a modifier by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry has been developed. The injection volume is 20 mL. The detection limit is 0.07 pg/L. The coefficient of variation is 7. 95% Thestandard line ranges is 0.0~5.0μg/L. The recovery is 99. 91 %. The method has the advantages of simplicity and less pollution.
