摘要
西方发达国家政府不仅重视思想政治教育,而且把思想政治教育作为意识形态工作的一个重要方面精心布置:确立思想政治教育在教育体系中的战略地位;制定法律或纲领性文件明确规定思想政治教育的目标和任务;统一规划思想政治教育的内容;整合各种社会力量,形成思想政治教育的合力以及创设和完善相应的外部环境,从而构建了比较完善的思想政治教育体系。
A western developed country＇s government not only takes the thought and political education, but also arranges carefully the thought political education as an important ideology aspect. The government establishes the strategic status of thought political education in education system; makes the laws or the documents to stipulate explicitly the goal and the duty of thought political education; unifies the plan and the contents of thought political education; integrates each kind of social strength and forms the thought political education with joint forces so as to establish and perfect the corresponding external environment, in doing so, the government has constructed a quite perfect thought political education system.
