针对我厂加工汽车刹车凸轮轴渐开线拉刀的粗加工中存在的问题，设计了一种结构合理的加工渐开线镗刀，使加工精度和效率大幅度提高．
This paper intorduces a design of boring cutter used to machine an involute curved surface with a reasonable structure. It solves the problem of rough finishing for the involute broach which is used for camshaft of automobile brake. The machining accuracy and efficiency are improved greatly after the boring cutter is set to work.
