摘要
提出一种基于遗传算法的桁架式客车车身骨架的优化设计方法.应用有限元分析软件ANSYS建立了车身骨架有限元模型并进行计算,采用遗传算法进行优化.优化后车身总质量减轻719 kg,减重比例接近25%.结果表明,基于遗传算法的优化设计明显优于常规的数学规划方法,实现了某电动大客车车身骨架的轻量化设计.
Based on the genetic algorithm(GA), a new optimizing design method of bus body frame is introduced. A FEM model of bus body frame is built with the FEM software ANSYS and used to evaluate each design. The GA is accessed in the optimizing process. The total weight of bus body is reduced about 719 kg and a weight reduction about 25 % is achieved. The optimization results show that this optimizing method using GA is better than the traditional design using the mathematical programming method. The lightweight design of an electric bus body frame is realized.
