摘要
知识密集性服务业在经济增长和知识传播中的作用越来越大,引起了国内外学者广泛的关注。目前,与KIBS相关的政策框架还没有成型,很多问题存在争议。通过分析KIBS发展的动因和趋势,讨论了与之相关的政策措施。
Knowledge-intensive business service （KIBS） has played an increasing important role in the economy, which is the focus of foreign and domestic researchers and policy makers. Until now there is no comprehensive introduction and analysis of KIBS trends and policy issues in China. The goal of this paper is to present these issues and give practical implications.
