La^(3+)掺杂Pb(Zr,Ti,Sn)O_3反铁电陶瓷的研究 被引量:1

摘要 从反铁电材料的储能特性出发,着重介绍了一类适合制作储能电容器的La3+掺杂Pb(Zr,Ti,Sn)O3反铁电陶瓷材料。通过电滞回线和直流偏压特性的测试,研究了反铁电陶瓷的电场强迫反铁电-铁电相变。结果表明:La3+掺杂Pb(Zr,Ti,Sn)O3反铁电瓷料可用于制作高压、高储能密度、长工作寿命的储能电容器。
