摘要
采用结构性访谈方法调查总结我国国有大中型企业实施并行。程中在组织管理和人的因素方面存在的问题和障碍;并与理论分析相结合.提出我国大中型企业要成功实施并行工程在组织管理上应采取的相应措施。
Based on the method of structuredinterview,the possible problems and obstacles inconcurrent engineering caused by organizationalmanagement and human factors in Chinese largeand medium sized state-owned companies havebeen studied in the present paper. Finally,the or-ganizational management methods to solve theseproblems have been put forward.
