在分析装备采办过程中应用价值工程的重要性的基础上,归纳了采办工作中实现价值工程的步骤和途径,总结了实际应用中军方的主要工作。
This paper includes that How to put the VE into effect in acquisition work one the base of analyzing the importance of applying the VE in the process of equipment acquisition, and summarizes the main work that the military should do in the actual situation.
