摘要
针对动态物流联盟合作伙伴选择的特点,提出一种将模糊优选理论与动态规划法相结合的合作伙伴选择方法。该方法在二元对比的基础上,确定模糊决策集优越性二元对比矩阵,并结合语气算子,定量标度定性目标的相对优属度。利用两级模糊优选模型,综合计算候选伙伴关于定性与定量目标的相对优属度。基于物流环节的阶段划分,结合动态规划的基本思想,运用决策序列相对优属度总和最大法,求解动态物流联盟合作伙伴的最优化组合。最后,通过实例仿真,验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。
According to characteristics of dynamic logistics alliance partner selection, a partner selection method which combines fuzzy optimum theory and dynamic programming is proposed. In the model, fuzzy decision set of binary comparison and mood arithmetic operators is utilized to define the relative member- ship degree of qualitative indexes, and based on phase division of the logistics links, the dual - pole fuzzy pattern recognition model is used to confirm relative membership degree of the candidates, which consisted of qualitative and quantitative objectives. Then, the optimization partner combination for dynamic logistics alliance is obtained by using dynamic programming method according to maximum aggregating relative membership degree. Furthermore, a simplified simulation is elaborately analyzed, and the result illustrates the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
