摘要
研究了人造多晶金刚石聚结体磨损机理.结果表明,微断裂是PDC的主要磨损机制.杂质降低人造金刚石的强度,从而降低聚晶的耐磨性.粗颗粒的人造金刚石往往含有较多的杂质.
The abrasion mechanisms of synthetic polycryst diamond compacts were investigated. The results show that the micro-rupture is the main abrasion mechanism of PDC. The impurities dereases the strength of synthetic diamond,so that decreases the abrasion resistance of compact. The coarse grain of synthetic diamond contains commonly more impuraties. The abrasion resistance of PDC containing coarse grain diamond is ordinary lower.
