摘要
介绍了合成氨高压圈的工艺过程;论述了合成氨高压圈物料衡算程序编写过程;以五机负荷和六机负荷为例,模拟了各种生产工况,分析了不同气体成分对实际生产的影响。结果表明,只要给定新鲜气成分、流量等条件,该计算程序可以自动计算并准确描述合成氨高压圈的生产状况和各种突变工况。
Author has introduced the process progress for the high pressure loop of ammonia synthesis; discussed the compiling process of material balance calculation procedure in high pressure loop; taking the loads of both five compressors and six compressors as the example, the various productive conditions were simulated; the influence of different gas composition on the actual production was analyzed. The resuh indicates that as long as the conditions of new gas composition and flow etc. have been given, the calculation procedure can be automatically performed, and the productive situation and various abrupt variation eonditions in the high pressure loop of ammonia synthesis can be accurately described.
