介绍深冷净化装置性能特点,分析产生周期性故障的原因是粉尘及水进入冷箱造成,探讨延长深冷净化装置运行周期的对策,对分子筛干燥器出口过滤器进行了改造,避免了过多的粉尘带入深冷净化装置。
Presents the performance characteristics of cryogenic purification plant. It is concluded by analysis that the reason for periodic failure is dust and powder and water entering the cold box. Measures to prolong the operating period of cryogenic purification plant were discussed. Revamping was made to the exit filter of molecular sieve drier, to prevent too much powder entrained into cryogenic purification plant; meanwhile, operation and maintenance were strengthened to strictly stop free water entering molecular sieve drier and cryogenic purification plant. The essential troubleshooting method against cryogenic purification plant is to use ideal desiccant to replace molecular sieve presently used.
