介绍了尿素级不锈钢开发应用的最新情况，国内外材料的耐腐蚀性能对比，以及国产尿素组不锈钢衬里的φ1400mm尿素合成塔的使用情况与检测结果；认为00Cr17Ni14Mo2尿素级不锈钢和00Cr25Ni22Mo2N不锈钢板已达到国外标准要求，可以在尿素高压设备中使用。
The new development and application of Urea Grade Stainless Steel was introduced. The corrosion performation ofimport and domestic materia1s was compared. The apPlication and inspecting resu1ts of g14oo Urea Reactor Iined with domesticStainless Steel 00Cr17Ni14Mo2 U. G. was explained. Accoding to these results, the domestic 0OCrl7Nil4M02 U. G. and00Cr25Ni22Mo2N Stainless Steel Plates has reached requirements of import specificati0n and can be used in high pressure equipment of urea.
