摘要
经济犯罪是国内外刑法学界的一个研究热点,根据我国刑法理论和经济犯罪的现实,比较国外有关经济犯罪的理论和实践,在廓清经济犯罪概念和性质的基础上,探讨经济犯罪的类型问题。我国刑法学者提出的经济犯罪概念归为三类:宏现经济犯罪概念、中观经济犯罪概念和微观经济犯罪概念。德、日、英、美等国学者对经济犯罪类型也有自己的观点,经济犯罪的研究深度和国际化水平不断提高,值得学界关注。
Economic crime is a focus of research in the domestic and international field of the criminal law. We should discuss the types of economic crimes on the basis of making clear the concept and the nature of the economic crimes and according to the theory of the criminal law and the reality of the crimes of our country. The scholars of criminal law of our country classify the concepts of economic crimes into three types： macroscopic, intermediately perspective, microscopic concept of economic crimes. The scholars of Germany, Japan, Britain and America have their own opinions about the types of economic crimes.
