判断肝硬化门静脉高压预后模型的研究
Establishement of a model for predicting the prognosis in patients with liver cirrhosis
摘要
本研究拟建立一个判断肝硬化门静脉高压预后的新模型，探讨其预测价值。
一、资料与方法
1．研究对象：采用队列研究的设计方法，前瞻性分析106例确诊为乙型肝炎后肝硬化患者。患者均为汉族人，有乙型肝炎病史，乙型肝炎病毒标志物检测阳性，其他病毒标志物阴性，肝酶谱有不同程度的异常。无原发性心、肺、肾疾病及高血压病史。
