摘要
采用运动处方和心理症状自评量表(SCL-90)对太原理工大学男生体育干预前后体质状况的变化进行对比研究,体育干预采用运动处方教学和心理调控与辅导同步结合的方式。结果显示:理工科大学男生体育干预后与干预前相比较,身体形态、机能和素质评价得分有较大提高,SCL-90各因子得分也有不同程度的降低,表明采用运动处方教学和心理健康调控与辅导同步教育是提高理工科大学男生体质健康水平的一种有效途径和方法。
To discuss the worys and means to iruprove constitution health of boysat university of techonlogy. Method: Use the exercise prescription and autocritieal mentation table (SCL-90) to compare the charges between before and after sports interference and then make researches on it according to this. Physical education can adopt the method which combines the exercise prescription and psychological adjustment and tutorship. Result:Before sports interference . The boy's Physical form,function and quality of indiridual and comprehensive evalution have a great distance with the nonal sample of same age group All over the country. But each element scores much higher than the normal ones. After sport interference ,physical form ,function and quality of indiridual and comprehensive evalution scores higher than before (SCL-90). So each element scores lower to varying degrees. Condusion: Adopting the method of combing lessons and synchronous phchological education can make students improve their physical fitness effectively at good atmosphere and experience fun and gain the happiness and confidence of success and also decrease the negative mood. It's an effective ways and mean to improve consitution health of boys at technology university.
