摘要
地方高校从隶属关系和经费来源看,都需要地方财政的大力支持;同时,地方高校的发展对地区经济社会发展有着重要意义。在地方财政支持地方高校发展的同时,应该注意引导地方高校积极地为地区经济和社会发展服务。
With regard to relationship of administrative subordination and the source of funds, local colleges need strong support of local public finance. Development of local colleges, In turn, will have great significance in local economic development. While supporting local colleges, public finance should lead them to serve local economy and social development.
