摘要
篮球后备人才培养是实现我国篮球运动可持续发展的一项重要工作。传统的培养体制和观念已经不能适应新时期篮球竞技后备人才成长的内外环境的变化,这就要求我们要从我国篮球事业以及运动员个人的可持续发展,来重新审视我们的培养观念和体制。针对吉林省篮球后备人才培养现状进行调查,为吉林省篮球后备人才培养提供了理论研究依据,这对我国篮球运动的发展具有一定的现实意义。
As an important task of Chinese basketball, training reserved basketball player has been carrying out orderly for a long time. Now, our reserch on training reserved basketball player puts more emphasis on sports training. However, the domestic and foreign environment of developing reserved basketball player has been changed,which demands us to analyze the factors of the domestic and foreign environment changes on developing talets from the tendency of basketball development and society changes. Only thus can we have a clear understanding of developing personels in Jilin province and provide a new angle of view to sustainable development of chinese basketball.This artical aims at the research on the present situation of training reserved basketball players in Jilin province and provide theoretical basis to it,which has certain significance to the development of chinese basketball.
