摘要
力量素质是短跑运动员重要的专项素质,提高短跑运动员最大力量和速度力量对于提高短跑运动成绩有着十分重要的作用。短跑运动员的力量训练,应结合自身特点,着重发展最大力量和速度力量。不同运动水平运动员在不同发展阶段的生理生化指标是发展最大力量、速度力量的负荷强度定量依据。训练中,应对力量训练内容有针对性地加以调配,选择不同特点运动员的力量发展途径与方法。
Power quality is the most important special quality to a sprinter,meanwhile fairing greatest strength and speed force plays an important role in improving the performance of a sprinter. Sprinters strength training "should be combined with its own characteristics,wlth emphasis on the development of greatest strength and speed force.The physiological and biochemical indicators in the different stages of different levels of athletes are the quantitative basis to develop greatest strength and rapid strength.The training has pointed to the strength training content to mix,and then chooses ways and means to develop the power according to the characteristics of different athletes.
