摘要
采用查阅文献资料、访谈、问卷调查与数理统计等研究方法,从家庭、生理、心理及社会等方面考察分析了高校女性体育教师职业发展的制约因素状况。结果显示:经济收入和教育子女、体型发胖及体能下降、贤妻良母类型的人生价值取向、性别角色定位及重文轻武的社会现象是制约高校女性体育教师职业发展的主要因素。提出了有助于女性体育教师职业发展的建议,旨在充分发挥高校女性体育教师的职业价值。
With the combination of documentary analysis, interview, questionnaire, mathematical statistics, taking college female P. E teacher of Hunan as case, from the factor of P. E. teacher＇s family, physiological, psychology and social, the author investigated and analysised the state of the restrict factor of profession development of female PE teacher of Hunan Province College. The survey results that the restrict factors are economy, education of child, fat, better wife and mather,the appearance of sex and underestimate physical.The author pointed out some concrete suggestions for the profession development of female PE teacher in order to exert full the profession merit themselves.
