摘要
对姬松茸栽培料配方进行了优化选择,并系统地研究了姬松茸的栽培工艺。结果表明:最佳栽培料配方为玉米芯4.5kg/m2、稻草5.25kg/m2、牛粪4.65kg/m2、麸皮1.8kg/m2、石灰0.075kg/m2、过磷酸钙0.375kg/m2、尿素0.15kg/m2、石膏0.15kg/m2,其产量达到6.29kg/m2,显著高于对照。栽培料最佳厚度为17.5cm,播种量为6%;播种方式采用2层播,垄式覆土。
The appropriate prescription of cultivating materials of Agaricus blazei were optimized and the cultivating techniques of Agaricus blazei were systematically studied. The results showed that the appropilate prescription is made up of corn core 4.5 kg/m^2, haulm 5.25 kg/m^2, dung 4.65 kg/m^2, bran 1.8 kg/m^2, SSP 0.375 kg/m^2, urea 0. 15 kg/m^2, gypsum 0. 15 kg/m^2 and calcareousness 0.075 kg/m^2. Its yield is up to 6.29 kg/m^2, obviously higher than ck. The seeding rate is 6% and the thickness of cultivation is 17.5 cm. The best cultivating technique was to use two-tiered seeding and the form of soil covered is ridge covering.
