摘要
回顾性分析61例非小细胞肺癌进行纵隔镜检和肺癌切除的围手术期护理。总结出整个护理过程的护理要点,主要包括术前心理、合并症的护理和术后呼吸道、并发症的护理。提出纵隔镜检查和肺癌切除的围手术期护理对于提高手术成功率,减少术后并发症有着重要意义。
To study the perioperative period nursing of Jsurgical treatment and mediastinoscopy in patients with lung cancer.The trait of this perioperative period nursing including preoperative psychological nursing,complication nursing and respiration tract nursing.The perioperative period nursing for surgical treatment and mediastioscopy in patients with lung cancer was significant,it can improve the success rate and diminish postoperative complication.
