摘要
目的:观察金天格胶囊对成骨细胞的直接刺激作用。方法:采用酶消化法分离培养成骨细胞,加入不同浓度的金天格胶囊药液,测定碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、骨钙素(BGP)和尿液吡啶酚(PYD)的含量。结果:AKP、BGP水平随药物浓度增加而升高,PYD反而减少(P<0.05)。结论:金天格胶囊对成骨细胞有直接刺激作用;对破骨细胞也有抑制作用。
Objective： To observe the effect of Jintiange capsule on osteoblast. Method： osteoblast isolated and cultured by enzyme digestive method were treated with the solution of Jintiange capsule at different concentration, and then the content of alkaline phosphatase（AKP）, bone gamma-carboxyglutamic-acid-containing proteins （BGP） and pyridinoline （PYD） was determined. Results： The content of AKP and BGP were increased in a dose-dependent manner. However, the content of PYD was decreased. Conclusion： Jintiangc capsule has directly stimulated on osteoblast and inhibited effect on osteoclast.
