摘要
目的:观察金天格胶囊对成骨细胞的直接刺激作用。方法:采用酶消化法分离培养成骨细胞,加入不同浓度的金天格胶囊药液,测定碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、骨钙素(BGP)和尿液吡啶酚(PYD)的含量。结果:AKP、BGP水平随药物浓度增加而升高,PYD反而减少(P<0.05)。结论:金天格胶囊对成骨细胞有直接刺激作用;对破骨细胞也有抑制作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of Jintiange capsule on osteoblast. Method: osteoblast isolated and cultured by enzyme digestive method were treated with the solution of Jintiange capsule at different concentration, and then the content of alkaline phosphatase(AKP), bone gamma-carboxyglutamic-acid-containing proteins (BGP) and pyridinoline (PYD) was determined. Results: The content of AKP and BGP were increased in a dose-dependent manner. However, the content of PYD was decreased. Conclusion: Jintiangc capsule has directly stimulated on osteoblast and inhibited effect on osteoclast.
