摘要
目的探讨经左桡动脉途径行冠状动脉造影的可行性。方法195例冠心病患者,Allen试验正常,随机分为左桡动脉组(98例)和右桡动脉组(97例)。冠状动脉造影选用5FTIG造影导管。对两种途径在穿刺时间、X线光照时间、造影时间、穿刺成功率、造影成功率等方面进行比较。结果左、右桡动脉组穿刺时间[(2.25±1.58)min比(2.19±1.62)min]、X线光照时间[(3.12±1.53)min比(3.21±1.49)min]、造影时间[(12.87±2.52)min比(12.98±2.85)min]、穿刺成功率(95.92%比95.88%)、造影成功率(94.90%比94.85%)比较,差异均无统计学意义。结论左桡动脉途径能很好地完成冠状动脉造影,可以作为冠状动脉造影的可选择途径之一,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To study the feasibility of left radial artery approach for coronary angiography. Methods One hundred and ninety-five patients who were diagnosed coronary atherosclerotic heart disease were randomly divided into left radial artery approach group for coronary angiography (98 cases ) and right radial artery approach group (97 cases ). Selective coronary angiographies were performed with 5 F TIG catheters. The time of puncturing, the time of fluoroscopy and angiography under X-ray,and also the successful rates of puncturing and coronary angiography were observed and compared between the two groups. Results There was no significantly difference either in the time of puncturing [(2.25 ± 1.58)min vs (2.19 ± 1.62) mini ,the time of fluoroscopy [ (3.12 ± 1.53) min vs (3.21± 1.49) mini and angiography under X ray[ (12.87± 2.52) min vs (12.98 ±2.85) mini ,or in successful rates of puncturing (95.92% vs 95.88%) and coronary angiography (94.90% vs 94.85%). Conclusion Coronary angiography can be accomplished by left radial artery approach, which can be one of selective approaches. It is worth using in clinic.
