摘要
随着社会的发展,学科的绩效考评越来越受到重视。学科建设的绩效包含成绩和效率两方面,只有成绩和效率都比较好的学科,才认为其绩效高。学科绩效考评能更真实、客观的反映学科的发展现状,对学科建设具有重要意义。开展学科绩效考评,首先要设计一套科学合理的绩效考评指标体系,其次要组织具有丰富经验的绩效考评专家实施考评。
