摘要
当前图书馆制度管理和文化管理存在着双重缺陷,在探讨图书馆制度管理和文化管理关系的基础上,提出"制度·文化管理"的概念,论述了现代图书馆实施制度管理和文化管理并重的理论基础、基本原则和实施策略。
Nowadays, there exist double defects in the library system management and cultural management. On the basis of the relation between the library system management and cultural management, the concept of ＂ system · culture management ＂ is put forward. It states the theoretical basis, basic principles and practice strategies concerning the equal importance of modern library system management and culture management.
