摘要
小型柴油机上使用的调速器都是机械调速器。机械调速器的灵敏度和精度均较差,难以完成较为复杂的调节规律和控制功能,限制了柴油机的工作性能。为此根据小型柴油机的工作特性,研究了一种采用DSP单片机控制的电子调速器。它不仅调速性能好,还具备降低噪声和油耗的功能,在柴油发电机上得到应用。
Nowadays, the governors used on small diesel engines are all mechanical governors. Because the sensitiveness and accuracy of mechanical governors are very poor, and mechanical governors can not realize complicated adjustment and control function, they limit the capability of small diesel engines. According to the character of small diesel engine, this paper studies a digital governor controlled by DSP, which can reduce noise and save fuel oil. This system is used on diesel generator.
